Marketing & Administrative Coordinator (Entry-Level)

Position Overview:

Altos Business Group is seeking a full-time Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Newport Beach, CA. As a Marketing & Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for implementing the project management processes for our Marketing Department and managing marketing projects in support of Altos Business Group's strategic priorities, which include our clients’ product launches, promotions, marketing & crowdfunding campaigns.    

 

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with field Sales and Marketing teams to develop a targeted prospecting strategy for our partners and clients

  • Assist with formulation of all marketing project plans and manage day-to-day development

  • Research relevant background on and consistently communicate with targeted prospects

  • Learn and develop knowledge for IT products by participating and completing technical training

  • Leverage our marketing presence, specifically on social media and crowdfunding platforms

  • Prepare for and coordinate business conferences, trade show events, and client meetings

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field

  • Bilingual—Ability to speak, write, and read in both Korean and English

  • Dedicated, creative, and willing to learn

  • Genuine interest in entrepreneurship, marketing, and business consulting

  • Organized and highly motivated

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms

  • Previous experience in marketing is a plus

  • Can provide legal documentation of eligibility to work in the United States
